With over twenty years of experience in financial management and interim management within international groups, I wish to apply my skills to a European organization in Brussels, in a demanding context where budgetary rigor, financial transparency, and good governance are essential.

My career, from Siemens to Lecta France, including Envea and Buffalo Grill, has allowed me to lead complex restructurings, strengthen internal controls, optimize financial and tax processes, and support organizational transformations. I have also managed cross-functional projects related to compliance (SOX, IFRS, US GAAP), digitalization (SAP FI/MM, Oracle), and risk management, while supervising multicultural teams.

These experiences have forged my recognized expertise in budget management, margin and EBITDA control, asset management, and strategic reporting, which I now wish to put at the service of a European institution to contribute to the sound management of public funds and the performance of European policies.

Rigorous, results-oriented, and with a strong adaptability, I am convinced that my dual experience in the private and international sectors is an asset for meeting the financial challenges facing European institutions.
