Develop and quote solutions for modifications, updates, plant improvements for the end of the production line and for product handling for E80 customers. Design original high- performance solutions with a high probability of success in the competitive market for existing customers, in compliance with E80 standards. Collaborate with the commercial area to identify the new needs of E80 customers. Design the system on the basis of goods flows and customer needs, defining the correct sizing and selecting the E80 products that will make it up. Price the solutions and draw up the related commercial offer. Document the design choices, the calculations required to correctly size the proposed machines, the

control philosophy adopted. Provide technical support and present the offer to the customer. Request commercial offers for integration into the third-party project; evaluate and negotiate the supply in collaboration with the purchasing department. Collaborate with the operational division of E80 to create the necessary internal documentation for the technical-production bodies.

Manage the operations of aftersales teams to ensure set targets are met. Develop and implement strategies effective for ensuring a satisfied clientele and increased returns.
