With 20 years of operational experience in securing critical growth and restructuring phases (Orange, Damartex, Kingfisher) as a Director or Technical-Functional Project Manager, AMOA, PMO, Product Manager, I now wish to leverage these complementary experiences for missions that utilize my adaptability, collaborative spirit, and pragmatic, results-oriented approach.

My multidisciplinary Transition Manager background has also allowed me to develop a de facto versatility, focusing on cross-functional issues combining business approach with technical and organizational reality.

I have also supported SME and ETI leaders in strategic planning (AMOA) and aligning their technical stack (ERP, PIM, E-commerce) with their international development ambitions. Notably, I have led strategic plans and omnichannel strategies for major players such as La Redoute, Carter cash, and the 3 Suisses group.

Accustomed to intervening in crisis or major transformation contexts, I know how to position myself as a key partner for management and how to unite teams around a common ambition by developing their maturity through coaching and functional management.

From SAP ERP migration for Kingfisher to deploying international e-commerce platforms in 15 countries for ID Group and 3 Suisses Group, I navigate with ease in environments where a high-level perspective is essential to ensure the ROI and success of projects.
