PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Monitoring and management of the progress of various projects in line with client needs, schedule execution, and achievement of project objectives.

MISSIONS:

▪ Organize project steering and monitoring committees: agenda, material creation, meeting facilitation, minutes writing, action and decision tracking.

▪ Design and implement project schedules: adapted schedule monitoring methodology (depending on project type, structure, needs, reporting expectations), corresponding tools, schedule tracking structure, identification of critical paths and alerts, support for resolving blocking points.

▪ Draft strategic project documents such as needs assessments, commitment decisions, strategic or organizational notes, project impact studies, technico-economic reviews.

▪ Identify and assess project risks, initiate risk monitoring process, propose tools and methods (implementation of risk prevention actions, regular risk level review, etc.), development and monitoring method.

▪ Design and facilitate ideation workshops

▪ Implement the project change management process: strategy, plan and implementation, building a vision for a core business activity, supporting teams through major job transformation, implementing planned change management actions, monitoring and improving the action plan.

▪ Initiate budget monitoring documents and tools: proposing methods adapted to projects

▪ Methodologically ensure the consistency and coherence of projects, respecting identified ambitions, facilitate information flow within projects.

SUBJECT DESCRIPTION: Design/Functional integration of electrical installations combined with energy consumption supervision software.

MISSIONS:

Analysis of input data (APS & APD phases):

▪ Project scoping, feasibility study, trend/risk/opportunity analysis, and proposal of different solutions.

▪ Cost estimation & preliminary budgeting for the different solutions.

▪ Formalization of the chosen solution (hardware and software) in the specifications and investment plan, gathering functional requirements.

▪ Development of the roadmap and risk mitigation strategies.

▪ Selection of the subcontracting AMOA for project execution.

▪ Storage of raw ideas from stakeholders and developers, with the possibility of transformation into user stories.

▪ Creation of test plans, user guides, and operating procedures for the integrated software.

▪ Breakdown and refinement of initial ideas (epic stories) into specifications: backlog grooming process.

▪ Creation of specific modules for the proposed software solution on the project: product backlog.

Project Management (PRO, EXE & OPC phases):

▪ Coordination of all involved parties and facilitation of operational committees.

▪ Definition of the project execution schedule.

▪ Obtaining electrical connection permits and excavation/upgrade/construction permits from administrative entities.

▪ Supervision & validation of requirements for each milestone.

▪ Quality control, cost control with analysis of budget variances (forecast – actual) and delivery times for each milestone.

▪ Management of operational crises and conducting lessons learned to enable continuous process improvement.

SUBJECT DESCRIPTION: Design/Functional integration of electrical installations in various railway projects and strategic management of operational impacts.

MISSIONS:

Analysis of input data (APS & APD phases):

▪ Execution of electrical calculations including grid connection and harmonic studies.

▪ Preparation of application files for electrical equipment in accordance with contractual requirements and project specifications.

▪ Verification & qualification of studies.

▪ Definition of the control and protection philosophy for electrical substations.

▪ Design and drafting of the solution architecture.

▪ Technological watch for electrical equipment.

Project Management (PRO, EXE & OPC phases):

▪ Development of electrical system optimization strategies.

▪ Coordination of all involved parties and facilitation of operational committees.

▪ Anticipation of operational impacts related to transformation on business skills.

▪ Analysis and measurement of risks/opportunities from technological trends.

▪ Quality control, cost control with analysis of budget variances (forecast – actual) and delivery times for each milestone.
