Management of near misses and monitoring of HSE performance indicators. Active participation in HSE meetings and site meetings. Drafting of weekly and monthly HSE reports. Conducting HSE audits and applying the principles of the Green Site Charter. Monitoring and declaration of waste (BSD) to the client via Tennaxia.

Draft and implement permits (lifting, working at height, etc.). Participate in work accident investigations. Issue opinions on the PPSPS and validate subcontractor's Method Statements (MOP). Draft daily and weekly reports. Participate in a daily site visit with the project manager and the Total construction manager. Lead actions, ensure follow-up and compliance. Lead safety talks and raise awareness on various safety topics.

Supports the company in carrying out risk and hazard assessments. Participates in investigations of significant incidents (IS) and significant potential events (EPS).

Leads key performance indicators as well as leading and lagging indicators for health and safety. Ensures compliance with method statements, regulatory requirements, and all additional expectations and services from the MOA (CLOUD HQ). Participates in a daily site visit with the safety representative and the general contractor. Orchestrates actions, monitors and ensures compliance. Contributes to communication methods, such as meetings and safety notices. Conducts a monthly HSE assessment of the general contractor. Transmits a live weekly follow-up on health, safety, and environmental topics.
