As a programme director with over 18 years’ experience, I work with senior management, business units and IT departments on issues relating to transformation, governance, risk, compliance and operational performance.

During my assignments, I have notably helped to reduce certain operational and cloud costs by 15–30 per cent, improve the reliability of IT repositories, secure critical programmes, reduce workloads by several thousand man-days and establish governance and management frameworks.

I can act as a programme director, interim CIO, transformation lead or advisor to senior management.

As IS Program Director, I led a high-stakes portfolio addressing IT obsolescence and cyber risk exposure within Crédit Agricole’s infrastructure platforms. I structured governance, arbitrated priorities and presented risk scenarios to CISO and IT decision bodies, enabling informed executive decisions. The program resulted in the remediation of 12 critical vulnerabilities and the reduction of over 3,000 man-days of technical debt, significantly improving security posture, resilience and long-term sustainability of strategic IT assets.
