With over 20 years of experience, I have carried out numerous projects with strong regulatory constraints.

I worked for 4 years as CTO of 3 startups that developed programmatic platforms: Recommendation System and Profiling with high volume (200 million events per day).

The emergence of the GDPR has profoundly transformed this sector. I participated in the implementation of this regulation, the creation of new "By Design" compliant solutions, DPIA questions and portability.

I was the lead architect at the Ministry of Finance to create the PostgreSQL technology base to replace Oracle. I have worked in banks and payment operators to set up and administer high-availability PostgreSQL clusters [Ingénico, Exane]. I have also carried out assignments on very large volume databases (60 TB) and very high availability (GTR 2s).

I carried out an 18-month "firefighter" mission as the sole Production DBA, following the resignation of the DBA team, to manage around fifty PostgreSQL servers (3TB) across 8 datacenters and 2 continents, hosting the core business of a SaaS HR application.

Having maintained an appetite for operational aspects, I have carried out numerous assignments to set up ETL, optimize Data Flow, deploy decision-making cubes as well as Reverse Engineering and Retro-documentation assignments [Bouygues].

In addition, I have experience in managing firms in Datacenters and the Cloud.

I have been a trainer and computer science professor for several years [INSA Lyon, IUT Bourges].
