Within Talan, I supported multidisciplinary teams — Designers, POs, PMs, Developers, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts — in designing products and business tools for major clients.

My role covered the entire design process: user research, interviews, co-design workshops, prototyping, and delivery. I intervened upstream to frame the needs, and downstream to ensure that design decisions were understood and well integrated by the teams.
