Within a SAFe train in the ARP program (Airbus Resource Planning) at AIRBUS, I integrated 2 international teams (UK, Philippines, Germany) as Scrum Master responsible for delivery to support them in their migration objectives and guide them with agile best practices to ensure consistent and quality delivery. *ARP is a program aimed at simplifying and harmonizing industrial processes and data within AIRBUS.

Mission Objectives:

● Assist the team Product Owners in their daily planning and delivery management

● Act as support for the RTE in their usual tasks

● Ensure the proper maintenance of the product backlog at the train level

● Challenge the teams on their delivery and potential blockers

Activity Details:

Support for two Agile teams in a logistics-oriented SAFe train:

● Facilitation of ceremonies (daily, review, retrospectives, ART sync, ...)

● Support for PO decisions and planning through data extraction

● Support on Agile best practices at the team and train level

● Review and preparation of KPIs

Within a SAFe train in the DOSI RSRES (Information Operations Directorate of References, Elections, and Health) at iMSA, I joined an agile team to support them in achieving their objectives and assist them in adopting agile best practices.

Mission Objectives:

● Assist the PO in their usual tasks

● Promote continuous improvement within the team and agile best practices

● Serve as Scrum Master

● Train and mentor junior team members

Activity Details:

Support for an agile team in a SAFe train:

● Assistance to POs on writing user stories to maximize value (Backlog management, prioritization, writing user stories in the correct format, adding acceptance criteria, ...)

● Alert the PM on overconsumption by several teams

● Coaching on development planning to establish delivery milestones

● Highlight the importance of stakeholder feedback through product demos

● Facilitate Story Mapping workshops to tell the product's 'story'

● Implementation of a story point system consistent with the team's work

● Facilitation of exchanges between different teams in the train

● Improvement of the representation of work accomplished by the team

● Facilitation of various ceremonies

● Coaching on agile best practices

● Organization of continuous improvement events

Two agile teams, composed of 3 developers and a PO, with production imperatives at Orange, found themselves without a Master. One team had a significant delivery backlog, and the other was delivering low-quality work, especially with a large number of bugs.

Mission Objectives:

Take the lead within the teams and ensure regular, quality deliveries while monitoring them and ensuring better team engagement and regular promotion of agile best practices.
