Description

Since my first assignments within public and private institutions, I have always been convinced that the finance function should be more than a compliance center: a strategic lever for transformation. Whether it was restructuring the IT systems of the Ministry of Defense, or refinancing a telecommunications company for €60 million, each project taught me to combine rigor with concrete impact.

At AXA France, I orchestrated the implementation of Pillar 3 of Solvency II for over 30 legal entities, designed complex calculation and reporting tools, and managed communications with the regulator. Then, at BNPP, I built an FP&A Center of Excellence in India, enhancing the quality and efficiency of financial management on an international scale. These experiences have confirmed that combining finance, technology, and data governance is the key to sustainable transformation.

Today, what motivates me is supporting financial and general management in changing environments, bringing both a strategic vision, a structured approach, and the ability to engage teams.
