Experienced professional in project management and OPC (Scheduling, Steering, and Coordination), I have over 15 years of experience in coordinating complex sites and operational monitoring of construction and development projects.

At 63 years old, I bring recognized expertise in schedule management, coordination of stakeholders, progress monitoring, and anticipation of site risks. My career has allowed me to work on various projects in TCE, tertiary, industrial, and public facilities environments.

Rigorous, autonomous, and with excellent interpersonal skills, I can effectively manage interfaces between the client, project owner, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure deadlines, costs, and quality of work are met. OPC missions generally include planning, leading site meetings, reporting, and managing operational risks.

Accustomed to demanding and multi-stakeholder environments, I master planning tools such as MS Project and associated management methods.
