1. The School of the Field: Industrial Rigor & Methods

I began my career at the heart of production: general mechanics, numerical control programming (CAD/CAM), methods preparation, and team management. From this immersion in industry, I ingrained fundamental reflexes: operational rigor, a culture of concrete results, risk management, and commitment to deadlines.

On a production line, every malfunction has an immediate cost. This pragmatic demand has never left me.

2. Digital Transformation & IT Management

Driven by the desire to optimize processes on a larger scale, I moved into information systems by obtaining a Master's degree in IT Project Management. I developed a key dual expertise: functional management (AMOA, ERP integration, change management) and mastery of technical architectures. I assist companies in modernizing their IS and aligning business needs with technical constraints.

3. Cloud, DevOps & Key Account Expertise

Through my assignments (Crédit Agricole, Orange, Groupama, GlobalPos...), I specialized in Cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure), industrialization, DevOps (Docker, CI/CD, Ansible), and workflow scheduling (OpCon, Dollar Universe). I design and secure robust environments.
