As a volunteer with the association My Human Kit, I participate in the creation and manufacturing of a myoelectric hand prosthesis (movements powered by EMG signal).

This is created as open-source and collaboratively, using the latest technologies in electronics, power, and manufacturing techniques.

Thanks to the participation of several companies and schools, the stakeholders involved can meet all the project's needs with professional, state-of-the-art tools.

Focused on the kinematic and anthropomorphic part of the hand, I am responsible for the aesthetic and functional 3D design of the latter, excluding the motor system.

This project is still ongoing and evolving daily. It allows me to use my skills 100%, given the richness of the available resources and the team's determination to succeed.

Currently at Version 3 of the Bionicohand (project name), it participated in Cybathlon 2024 (bionic Paralympic competition) and finished 2nd in the "Arm prosthesis" ranking.

Project 1: Rehabilitation of a complex CAD assembly in Solidworks for production.

- Optimization of functions and file stability by removing interdependencies and revising modeling functions.

Project 2: Complete design of a mechatronic housing for a waterproof optical system.

- Complete design in collaboration with the R&D department

- Design optimization in loop with the production department

- Complete delivery of the file with technical drawings

Project 3: Development of a liquid cooling system for power electronics

- Definition of temperature and environmental constraints

- Optimized thermal system design

- Fabrication and assembly of the system for extreme condition testing

Project Descriptions

- Technical transfer of engine parts from Toyota Japan Design to the supplier.

- Project manager for each part from the quotation phase to the Production phase (Creation of 3D data and 2D drawings).

- Monitoring of Process and tool design at the supplier.

- Monitoring of durability tests and evaluations on engine parts.

- Benchmarking on OEM parts for material analysis and technical development.

- Learning Toyota Processes for the quotation phase, tool design, and "Off Process" phase for parts production.

- Prototyping on an engine propulsion system based on Fuel Cell technology (3D printing, welding, assembly).
