Contribution to the manufacturing and design of an orthosis joint device (Flexilock Twist) allowing wrist locking in position. Based on an existing version, it was redesigned to reliable and optimize the locking mechanism as well as the architecture for adjustment and the Locking/unlocking system.

Use of the prototype on patients with difficulties maintaining position after trauma, the orthosis is intended to provide wrist support for individuals who no longer have active mobility of it.

Creation of the prototype entirely in PETG 3D printing and standard parts to allow reproducibility and adaptation for all body types.

Project carried out in support of the CAMIN team at INRIA.

In partnership with ICN company, design and production of components for the integration and assembly of SAE systems on transport vehicles. Creation of custom parts by measurement, 3D and 2D scanning to functionally and aesthetically integrate the various components (SAE system, counting unit, validator, tablet, sensors, etc.). From measurement to production, full integration responsibility.

As a volunteer with the My Human Kit association, I participate in the creation and manufacturing of a myoelectric hand prosthesis (movements activated by EMG signal).

It is created open-source and cooperatively, using the latest technologies in electronics, power, and manufacturing techniques.

Thanks to the participation of several companies and schools, the present stakeholders can meet all the project's needs with professional, state-of-the-art tools.

Focused on the kinematic and anthropomorphic part of the hand, I am responsible for its aesthetic and functional 3D design, excluding the motor system.

This project is still ongoing and evolving daily, allowing me to use my skills 100%, given the richness of the resources available and the team's determination to succeed.

Currently at Version 3 of Bionicohand (the project's name), it participated in the Cybathlon 2024 (bionic Paralympic competition) and finished 2nd in the "Arm prosthesis" ranking.
