. Assists beneficiaries in developing their files: renewal of the FEFFI Executive Office and establishment of the Maintenance Committee, drafting of the General Assembly minutes and formation of the association "FEFFI-EPP Maintenance Committee", formalization of the association, assistance with opening an association account for the maintenance fund;

. Training of beneficiaries to enable them to take charge of building maintenance after the warranty period: training in association life management, secretarial, and treasury;

. Supervision of facilitators and participation in beneficiary engagement to fulfill their commitments: live hedge closure of the school, planting of fruit trees, and collection of the maintenance fund.

. Development of the monthly progress report and the final report.

. Site supervision twice a week

. Technical support and capacity building for Site Managers

. Ensures good relations with authorities and communities

. Collection, compilation, verification, and sending of reports

. Ensures the availability, completeness, and quality of data.
