As a Strategic PMO and Delivery Manager, I ensure the perfect strategic alignment of operations and I remove the brakes, inefficiencies, and systemic blockages that hinder your delivery, innovation, and growth.

My mission is to unlock the system to maximize value creation by ensuring reliable delivery, reintroducing operational leadership, and preparing your organization to deliver value and scale.

I have delivered fixed-price projects since 1998, been a Manager since 2003... I passed the PMP (PMI) certification in 2010, I have supported dozens of teams in agility from 2011 to 2025... I have successfully created a software delivery business with 50 FTEs in 7 years, recruited, managed, achieved the best financial results for a group of 600 people, and the best Great Place to Work performance...

On the strategic side, I led two IT strategic plans in 2004 and 2006, in a media group and in a Ministry. Strategic Plan, IT governance reorganization, Business/IT alignment rebalancing, implementation of portfolio management and project launch regulation to ensure strategic alignment of teams, formalized and trained hundreds of people in project launch and management.

On innovation, I led a team of researchers in 1996-1998 on new technologies (internet, intranet, virtual currencies, remote banking, email, ...) then Product Owner of an Innovation Lab for a year in 2018. In 2025, I structured a brand new Innovation Department at a SaaS client to relaunch the innovation DNA and prepare future business successes.
