COVEA Immobilier Project within TSI Investissements

• Handling of corrective and evolutionary maintenance:

- evaluate user requests

- write IT documents, detailed functional specifications, technical files relating to feature modifications and evolutions

- perform configurations, developments and/or liaise with the publisher's support to declare/follow up.

- MCO Sage X3 V6: L4G specific development, Creation and modification of Crystal Report reports

- Migration from Sage X3 V6 to X3 V12

• Application scope:

- Real estate accounting: Sage X3 V6/12 - Fixed assets, UNIT4 Agresso, as well as accounting remittance processes between different applications

- Real estate treasury

- Data restitution processing for Solvency 2 regulation

• Writing user stories

• Participation in solution selection (software package, development...) in conjunction with the project owner.

Project Management:

• Organization, coordination, and animation of the project's owner team

• Arbitration of disputes between the team and other stakeholders

• Supervision of project progress and dissemination of information to business units

Framing, steering, monitoring, and coordination of Data Quality projects within the Group's strategy.

Guarantee of the best quality-cost-time ratio

• Guarantees adherence to deadlines and costs

• Definition and management of the project progress schedule

PROJECT 1: "Management and steering of studies and Developments".

• Liaison between studies and the business unit (sales network, purchasing department, pricing, and Supply Chain),

• Energize the studies team, establish and sustain best practices, organize study team meetings,

• Formalize and build functional needs with the business units and write general functional specifications,

• Creation, evolution, and optimization of dashboards (invoice printing, delivery and reception notes, etc.),

• Work with technical teams on the development, deployment of developed solutions, and steering of a TMA (Third-Party Maintenance).

PROJECT 2: "Management of interfaces and monitoring of accounting data loading and deployment of the SAGE X3 V12 application - Finance, Trading, and Fixed Assets, and Production modules".

• Liaison between studies and the business unit,

• Participates in the MCO (Maintenance in Operational Condition) of the accounting and financial IS with the Business units within the technical-functional administration cell as a level 2 support, deployment of the new ERP in conjunction with the accounting department,

• Participates in the management and configuration of accounting solutions (ERP and Middleware),

• Ensures the service level of the solution and acts as a point of contact for internal and external TMA and Production teams,

• Creation, evolution, and optimization of Crystal Report reports (labels, invoice printing, delivery and reception notes, etc.).

Responsible for accounting data integration of the Group's IS - accounting module V6

PROJECT 3: "Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO), evolutions, and accounting data loading for new Group companies and integration of a consolidation and harmonization tool for operational and financial data within the group for the migration from V6 to V12".
