My job is to understand your context and your needs to build with you a project strategy that creates value. Beyond elicitation methodologies, I can perform budget analyses to decide on possible choices, determine the impacts on your IS and communicate with the teams in charge of implementation, write the expected deliverables and finish with a functional validation phase. I was able to learn this know-how from framing to acceptance testing with partners and experience it independently.

I have worked in agile projects as a proxy product owner or in V-cycle projects and master the expected deliverables in both cases.

Beyond these classic BA skills, I have developed data analysis skills, particularly around Python, capitalizing on my IT engineer background specializing in financial mathematics. This allows me to give meaning to business data whose full potential is rarely exploited.
