As part of the Information Systems Master Plans 2018-2022 and 2023-2027:

• Assist the IS Operations Department in the organization and strategic steering of infrastructure projects: rationalization of national data centers, implementation of a cloud for national applications, rationalization of regional directories, measurement of strategic application performance, supervision of regional data center and network infrastructures, implementation of a cloud for regional applications, redesign of local networks in CARSAT

• Implement the project portfolio governance model (COSTRA, COPIL, COSUI), interfacing with IS governance

• Implement dashboards and reporting

• Implement the project management process: initiate, plan, budget, allocate resources, steer and communicate, conduct reviews

• Coach project managers

• Challenge experts in architectural choices and technical solutions

• Accompany the DOSI teams in change management, gain their buy-in for technical and organizational objectives (team pooling, business evolution).

• Permanent member of the Central Region Management Committee: participate in meetings: RMA, CODEP, recruitment reviews, Team Leader Management Committee, new hires seminars.

• Presales Manager: lead the presales team, apply the group process, write technical proposals.

• Central Region Governance Expert Leader: identify and support ATS Academy consultants: search for and monitor assignments, evaluate performance and skills, develop training/certification plans, promote "IS Governance" offers: transformation based on ITIL, TCO, COBIT, and IS master plan.

• Project/Audit and Consulting Manager: occasionally lead projects/assignments with guaranteed results. Participate in commercial and financial steering in conjunction with the Agency Manager and management control.

• Quality Manager: ensure the dissemination of the Quality Management System: prepare and coordinate internal and external audits, write Project Quality Assurance Plans (PAQ).

• Operational Security Officer: coordinate the implementation and improvement of the group's security policy, conduct security audits.

• Relations with schools and universities: teach and lead tutorials for IT bachelor's and master's degrees (University of Tours).
