Technical assistance to subcontractors, technicians, and internal managers, including: - designation of subcontractors for repair sites - preparation of quotes for insurance work platforms, including costing and calculation of expenses - management of work disputes with both subcontractors and work platforms, from quote preparation to site/work acceptance - in video conferencing, establishing diagnoses + writing reports, with technicians, subcontractors, clients/insured parties

Estimate work from measurements and photographs taken by the technician at the insured's premises, while respecting the price lists of the clients DYNAREN, IMH, FMB

Manage the national network of subcontractor artisans in terms of administrative compliance Control often flat-rate and imprecise quotes Train on writing quotes while providing explanations on:

• methodologies to be used: for example, before intervening on a fixed water appliance, the necessity of explaining in the quote the prior intervention of closing and draining the networks before and after intervention, restoring water and checking proper functioning. - the legal implications following their interventions: warranty of proper functioning, ten-year warranty, two-year warranty, - the risks following an intervention on an existing building covered by a legal warranty, such as searching for or repairing leaks on a building under a ten-year warranty

• the legal consequences of accepting materials (parquet, tiles, etc.) or appliances (shower cabin, boiler, hot water tank, etc.) provided by the client for a given project Provide technical assistance to the network/artisans, at all times, when they are on site Establish price lists by service Handle and negotiate site disputes between individuals/artisan network/insurers/insurance experts
