As Head of Qualification, Validation at Ellab France and Chief Metrologist, I led crucial initiatives in sterilization and lyophilization. My role was to ensure strict compliance with regulatory and industrial standards, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 21CFR guidelines, while optimizing processes to ensure the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products. I personally supervised complex validation projects, including defining technical specifications, executing detailed FAT and SAT tests, and comprehensively documenting the results obtained. My expertise in metrology was also essential in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the measuring instruments used in these critical processes. My commitment to operational excellence and regulatory compliance significantly contributed to strengthening Ellab France's reputation as a leader in pharmaceutical validation.
