As Head of Qualification Validation at Ellab France and Head Metrologist, I led crucial initiatives in the fields of sterilization and lyophilization. My role involved ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and industry standards, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 21CFR guidelines, while optimizing processes to ensure the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products. I personally supervised complex validation projects, including defining technical specifications, executing detailed FAT and SAT tests, and fully documenting the results obtained. My expertise in metrology was also essential in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of measuring instruments used in these critical processes.
