My natural curiosity is perfectly suited for this profession, as it allows me to quickly acquire new skills and adapt to new situations. My autonomous learning ability is a major asset as it allows me to grasp new technologies, which is essential in IT development. Accustomed to solving problems, I like to do so in a simple and clear manner to achieve a maintainable product.

Furthermore, my strong metacognition allows me to take a step back from my behaviors and internal workings to optimize my skills. I always focus on solutions rather than problems, which allows me to initiate a better dynamic within the team.

Being very empathetic, I know how to adapt to team dynamics while maintaining a critical mind to question suboptimal practices. My passion for this profession increases my motivation and my willingness to take on the challenges presented to me.
