• Development of REST/GraphQL services for ticketing management

• Continuous integration (GitLab CI) and Dockerized deployment

• Technical documentation and support for integration testing

Impact:

Successful delivery of a highly critical product on time, with the availability and robustness required by the Olympic context.

Achievements:

• Diagnosis and bug fixing on embedded Linux systems

• Resumption and adaptation of C++ modules in constrained environments

• Direct collaboration with local international teams

• Remote technical support for deployment teams

Impact:

Corrections completed ahead of schedule, followed by intervention on a third project.

Context:

Design and development of an educational mobile application for primary school students. The goal is to offer an innovative approach based on metrics to track the progress of initial reading learning.

🔹 Development of an educational SaaS platform (WIP)

Ongoing development of a SaaS platform for schools and families to generate and track personalized exercises for students.

Objectives:

• Enable teachers and parents to create exercises adapted to each student's level

• Track children's progress through an intuitive interface

• Provide a turnkey tool to be deployed in schools or for family use

Achievements (in progress):

• Design of a domain-oriented microservices architecture (DDD + hexagonal)

• Integration of a centralized database with role and access management

• Setup of development environments using Docker Compose

• Creation of an administration interface in Angular

🔹 Torpedo Tube Launch Control System Project

Role: Technical Lead - Embedded / Real-Time Software

Environments: Windows Embedded – RTX (Real-Time eXtension) – C / C++ – Industrial I/O Cards

Context:

MCO for real-time control command software for torpedo tube launchers integrated into naval weapon systems. Project subject to strong real-time, safety, reliability, and traceability constraints.

Achievements:

• MCO of real-time modules for managing firing cycles (arming, opening, injection, firing)

• Integration of specific input/output cards for communication with system actuators and sensors

• Use of Windows Embedded + RTX to ensure deterministic system behavior

• Implementation of monitoring and self-diagnostic mechanisms to ensure overall reliability

• Contribution to system integration testing and validation in a simulated environment

Challenges:

Project with very high operational criticality, requiring rigor, code quality, documentation, and standardized monitoring. Developed solid expertise in critical embedded environments.
