    To secure the management of FttH deployment commitments and reduce Orange's exposure to regulatory penalties.

    My responsibilities:
    I - Own the product from discovery to delivery:
    • Translate the product vision into measurable objectives.
    • Lead solution ideation and validation phases.
    • Structure and prioritize the Product Backlog.
    • Scope features and write user stories.

    II - Manage quality and secure releases:
    • Manage production bugs, from qualification to resolution.
