Itextit+ is a technology company specializing in the digitization of intercity transport. As the lead developer, I managed the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of a web and mobile platform for searching, comparing, and booking bus tickets, as well as a comprehensive management dashboard for transport operators.

Achievements:

End-to-end development of the mobile and web application in a monorepo

Implementation of a serverless backend (Firebase) for the MVP

Design of a complete booking system (passenger management, PDF ticket generation, SMS/email/push notifications)

Integration of online payments (Stripe, PayPal) with booking cycle management

Context:

SSI-SOFT – Software editor for the Réseau-DEF | France & Tunisia – 2025

Participation in a Proof of Concept for mobile supervision of fire safety equipment (control panels, sensors, etc.), with real-time event management and communication via industrial protocols.

Achievement:

Design and development of the Flutter user interface to display equipment status (detection, fault, alarm) in real-time.

Decoding of JSON frames from equipment and mapping of data into structured models for dynamic display.

Integration of industrial protocols (Modbus RTU/TCP) to read the status of field sensors and equipment from the application.

Local and remote archiving of events (SQLite on mobile and PostgreSQL on server).

Implementation of critical features: Alarm deactivation/re-arming, Event acknowledgment, Operator action logging

🧩 The Mediation service:

Mediation is an essential component of Orange's information system. It ensures the collection, processing, and transformation of network usage data (calls, SMS, mobile data, etc.) generated by telecom equipment. This data is then used for:

- customer billing,

- service valuation,

- legal and regulatory monitoring (e.g., police requisitions),

- feeding internal business tools.

As a backend developer in the Mediation team (50 people), I contributed to the development of critical backend tools for the deployment of 5G at Orange. I worked in a distributed environment, collaborating with teams in France and Tunisia, in an agile framework.

🔧 Main missions:

Development of Node.js backend processing for the ALICE repository, a mirror system of inter-operator services (RSVA) that dynamically calculates tariffs applied according to the network support (3G/4G/5G).

Implementation of monetization-oriented data flows to transform and value usage data from the network (calls, messages, data), which are then used for billing.

Design, development, and deployment of 5 complete processing pipelines, validated by the qualification team.

Direct collaboration with functional and business teams to understand internal user needs and model associated RESTful backend services.

Contribution to strengthening software quality as a dev-tester:

→ functional tests, automation.
