My role: understand business needs, design no-code/low-code solutions, configure CRM tools, and ensure functional consistency of processes.

At Thales, I contributed to the redesign of the Dynamics 365 CRM: functional analysis, writing user stories, Power Automate automations, entity customization, role and sub-grid management, Confluence documentation. Result: +35% efficiency in the opportunity cycle.

For L'Oréal, I participated in the Generative AI for Content Marketing project: prototyping in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, creating structured prompts, Agentforce integration, and ethical AI documentation. This pilot accelerated marketing content production by 40%.

Internally, I also led the Gazette Talent Up, an internal media showcasing young talents and innovative initiatives from Capgemini Ouest.

I am now specializing in the integration of generative AI and the optimization of CRM processes, with an agile, clear, and results-oriented approach.

During my internship at M2i Formation, I was trained in the fundamentals of Salesforce development and web technologies, in an environment focused on agile methodologies and project management.

This experience allowed me to gain a comprehensive view of the development cycle, from technical design to the implementation of customized CRM applications.

I first consolidated my foundations in algorithms, object-oriented programming, and UML modeling, before applying this knowledge to the design of Salesforce modules.

I learned to structure data using SQL, design interfaces in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and interconnect business layers for high-performance and maintainable applications.

Within the teaching and project team, I worked with the essential tools and environments for any Salesforce developer:

Apex for back-end and business logic.

Visualforce and Lightning Components for the interface part.

Salesforce Setup for configuration and object management.

Jira for task tracking, prioritization, and agile reporting.

I also participated in the implementation of simulated projects under real conditions, integrating sprints, user stories, and functional tests, to gain practical experience in collaboration between developer and analyst profiles.

This training provided me with a solid technical foundation and a clear understanding of Salesforce development best practices, while developing my skills in project management, teamwork, and technical documentation.

Today, I rely on this experience to design effective, scalable CRM solutions aligned with business needs, combining technical rigor, curiosity, and analytical thinking.

As an order picker at the Supplay agency, I worked in a demanding logistics environment where precision, rigor, and responsiveness are essential for the smooth operation of the supply chain.

My role was to ensure the preparation, control, and shipment of customer orders in strict compliance with deadlines, safety regulations, and quality procedures.

On a daily basis, I was responsible for:

Preparing orders according to picking lists (picking, packing, labeling).

Checking the quantitative and qualitative conformity of products before shipment.

Using radio terminals and warehouse management systems (WMS) for flow tracking.

Handling, wrapping, and storing pallets in the shipping area.

Participating in periodic inventories and restocking of preparation areas.

This experience taught me to work at a sustained pace, respect logistical priorities, and ensure impeccable traceability. I developed a strong sense of organization, punctuality, and teamwork, which are essential for maintaining operational flow in a warehouse.

I also collaborated with team leaders and carriers to anticipate needs and quickly resolve issues (stockouts, delays, picking errors), thus contributing to the continuous improvement of the logistics process.

This assignment allowed me to acquire solid professional discipline, excellent time management, and great adaptability, which I now apply in my consulting and entrepreneurial activities.

It reinforced my values of reliability, precision, and teamwork, which I consider fundamental in any performance and quality-oriented work environment.
