Freelance mission (via RECSI Group) for Sciences Po: development of three applications, in close collaboration with the school's teams.

1. Khartis: thematic mapping

Web application for creating thematic maps from datasets, developed from scratch with the Sciences Po Cartography Workshop, which provided the semiology and cartographic algorithms. Full development responsibility: 100% client-side data processing (in the browser, no server) and efficient WebGL rendering.

Stack: SvelteKit (Svelte 5), TypeScript, DuckDB-WASM, Deck.gl, MapLibre, Apache Arrow.

2. Institutional Design System

Development of the school's multi-framework design system as the sole developer, in collaboration with UX designers: reusable Web Components usable in both React and Angular, server-side rendering, accessibility (RGAA / WCAG), and synchronization of design tokens between Figma and code.

Stack: StencilJS, Web Components, TypeScript, Storybook, React, Angular.

3. Application Portal: technical foundation

Design and development of the foundation for an academic management portal, in a pair with another developer: Java / Spring Boot backend and multi-zone Next.js frontend, with authentication, internationalization, and continuous integration.

Stack: Java 25, Spring Boot 4, MyBatis, Oracle, Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript.

On each project: architecture, development, testing, documentation, and deployment (CI/CD).

Co-founder of WorkoutGen (workoutgen.com), an AI-powered personalized training SaaS, available in 8 languages and used by over 10,000 people in 67 countries.

Entrepreneurial project covering technical development, design, marketing, monetization, and product management. My associate, Jeremy Tellier, a state-certified coach and former Paris firefighter, provides the content and sports expertise (500+ HD videos) as well as the design of the program generation algorithm. I handle the entire technical and product side, from architecture to production deployment.

Key achievements:

- 8-step algorithmic pipeline replicating the logic of an expert coach: evolving cycles over 24 months, intelligent exercise selection, dynamic adjustment to user feedback

- Hybrid AI personalization: real-time adaptation and ML (K-Means on 14 features) based on user feedback

- Complete frontend and backend architecture, performant API, and optimized relational database

- UI/UX design for the entire product, from user flows to interface components

- Installable monorepo PWA without App Store, works offline

- Complete infrastructure: CI/CD, monitoring, security, visual identity, SEO, optimization of infrastructure and LLM API costs

- Internationalization in 8 languages and adaptation to country-specific legal requirements

- Monetization and freemium strategy with pricing adapted to purchasing power per market (67 countries)

- Native AI workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, MCP) integrated daily into development

Stack: React 19 (React Compiler, TanStack), Fastify, Drizzle ORM, Better Auth, PostgreSQL, Strapi v5 (content), hosted on Fly.io.

Freelance mission for Leadbay, an AI startup for B2B prospecting (Y Combinator F25).

From scratch development of the complete SaaS frontend, for the web application and the hybrid mobile application. Full technical autonomy on the entire frontend scope for 1 year and 8 months, with continuous bug fixing and feature additions.

Key achievements:

- React implementation with a quality-focused approach: E2E tests with Cypress, full CI/CD integration

- State management architecture with Redux across the entire application

- Hybrid iOS and Android mobile application with Ionic, sharing the codebase with the web

- Creation of the interactive landing page with Framer and Spline 3D

- Continuous iterations on product features in direct collaboration with the CTO and product team
