Mission context Leads production and commits to the phase of: Design / Launch / Program Optimization / Studies / Validation. Conducts needs assessment. Discusses with the client and external project owners/managers. Prepares quotes and contracts. Liaises with production units (Works Unit, IT Unit, Maintenance Unit...). Uses ERP tools (GEREMI, Operation, GIST…). Develops schedules with the Works Project Management, monitors actions. Reports to the client/external project owners. Manages the organization of work meetings with production, study, and works entities (Preparation, minutes, action tracking). Participates in client project committees. Organizes and participates in site visits with stakeholders. Operational project manager within the approved framework (Functionality, costs, deadlines). Leads interdisciplinary technical coordination. Entry into operation and maintenance. Leads production and commits to the REA/MEX phase. Manages works and acceptance. Handover of installations. Testing, commissioning, and operation. Resolution of issues.

SCOPE: National Optical infrastructure deployment. Mission context Field deployment of a backbone network. Writing technical documentation for acceptance. Equipment configuration and commissioning. On-site validation tests with the client. On-site operations planning. Integration of equipment into the network. Creation of test infrastructure in the platform. Testing new firmware releases. Maintenance of deployed infrastructures. Site opening.

SCOPE: Project management and maintenance of railway traffic networks. Mission context Support for layers 2 and 3. Support for SDH and DWDM networks. Incident management & troubleshooting. Equipment configuration & integration. Management of network modification operations. Participation in network automation projects. ENVIRONMENT: DWDM, SDH, Juniper, ADR155, HP, Tool
