💡 Aircall is a cloud phone and communication platform, integrated with CRMs and business management tools, designed for sales and support teams. It enables small and medium-sized businesses to improve their productivity and turn customer and employee satisfaction into growth drivers.

👨‍💻 As a member of the Analytics & Data Platform team, I am responsible for designing and implementing real-time distributed data pipelines for service orchestration and analysis. To this end, we are building a 100% serverless, scalable, and robust infrastructure, allowing Aircall to easily move to the next stage of its development.

💡 Crédit Mutuel Arkéa is a cooperative and mutualist banking and insurance group in France. It is composed of the Crédit Mutuel federations of Brittany and Southwest France, as well as about thirty specialized subsidiaries.

👨‍💻 As a member of the Innovation team within Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, I worked transversally to support the group's various entities in implementing innovation projects.

🎯 Achievements:

👉 Migration to GitLab to replace SVN and Jenkins. Migration of existing repositories to GitLab. Setup of CI/CD pipelines with building, testing, Docker image creation, deployment, and status verification. Added notifications to know the result of deployments. Pipelines for checking flows and renewing tokens.

👉 Design and implementation of several command-line interfaces (CLIs) using Go, for example, to improve the onboarding of new team members.

👉 Deployment of runners for GitLab. Using an existing Terraform script, on-demand deployment of GitLab CI runners. Using an empirical approach, we found the best compromise between the number of runners, EC2 instance size, and total build time. Cost optimization using EC2 Spot and NAT Gateway.
