I am currently employed as a Site HSE Manager in a payroll leasing arrangement for Technip Energies, acting as the Project Owner's Engineer (MOE) on the "LFB Plant" project in Arras, one of the most significant French investments in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

• Develop and deploy an HSE plan during the preparatory phase of a project,

• On-site supervision and control of regulatory compliance and procedure application during the various phases of a project,

• Conduct investigations following accidents or incidents, involving employees to derive corrective/preventive actions,

• Organize and conduct internal safety training (Safety Induction for Employees, First Aid, Working at Height, Electrical Qualification, etc.),

• Advise and assist in health and safety risk prevention for a site, construction site, or project,

• Project management: deployment of LOTO procedure, construction of Emergency Response Plans (POI), creation of training modules, health and safety prevention campaigns, creation of operating procedures, etc.,

• Record and ensure the updating of regulatory administrative documents,

• Site monitoring document management: management of Site Safety and Protection Plans (PDP/PPSPS), site audits, work permit validation, operating procedure control, etc.,

• Lead and raise awareness of the prevention approach during meetings and toolbox talks or through safety visits,

• Identify specific needs through on-site diagnostics and propose support plans for improvement,

• Write reports from site visits and relay information to stakeholders,

• Ensure good relations with on-site representatives (Project Owner's Engineer, Project Owner, Employees),

• Lead and manage safety and rescue teams.
