10 years in the hotel and restaurant industry, in positions of responsibility combining coordination and decision-making, have allowed me to naturally move over the years towards project management.
In an association for the integration of people with disabilities in the Côtes d'Armor, I coordinated the experimentation of the Environmental Exemplarity labeling of commercial catering.
From the coordination of diagnostics, to the preparation of files (more than 400 pieces), from the construction of monitoring tools, to the writing of the environmental policy and the associated action plans, this rich experience made me want to go further.
I was able to co-construct pragmatic solutions and contributed to their implementation.
This intense work, as close as possible to the field, made it possible to successfully pass the audit awarding the label.
Subsequently, I had to manage several projects at the same time and in several departments, whether it was writing specifications for software, reorganizing workstations, or implementing digital solutions to reduce paper and the administrative burden.
I completed these field experiences with a Master IES whose main object is innovation management and business creation.
