Redesign of the Edenred+ platform (web & mobile), for deployment in 45 countries, in an English-speaking context and at scale agility (SAFe). Lead of a feature team of 5 Flutter/Back developers in Scrum.

• -34% of customer service calls by making the user more autonomous

• Launch of the web version in 3 months through the coordination of 3 feature teams and usability testing

• Delivery of the roadmap facilitated through Story Mapping, dependency management, and technical modeling with BPM diagrams

• Deployment of a data-driven approach: implementation of Mixpanel and training of the team on impact measurement and KPI tracking
