Within the Core IT department, I am the Head of the Finance IT Domain.

In a challenging context of transitioning to SAP for accounting and a group-wide strategic plan to generate growth, my main responsibilities are:

- Direct management of the product team (5 POs, 1 project manager) and 2 QAs

- Operational management of the Finance IT team (team organization, important deadlines/deployments)

- Economic steering of the finance domain (monitoring project consumption)

- Management and monitoring of commercial relations with partner companies

- Stakeholder management for all ongoing projects in the domain

- Definition and monitoring of the execution of the Finance IT roadmap

- As a member of the CORE IT Steering Committee, I participate in the monitoring and IT strategy at the CORE level in conjunction with other domain managers

- Monitoring of operational run (incident management / accounting closing / specific requests from auditors)

Significant team results during the period:

- Progressive increase in team size from 15 to 25 people. Adaptation of processes and organization.

- Improved relations with the business on operational support, particularly during semi-annual and annual closings.

- Progressive migration of 6 group companies to SAP S4 HANA CLOUD.

- Scaling of the affiliate store offering (from 2 stores in June 2023 to 8 stores in June 2024)

- Successful migration of credit card payment log retrieval on the WEB and in stores

- Improved reliability of PayPal log retrieval

QOS Energy is a leader in the monitoring of renewable energy assets (solar, solar + storage, wind). From acquiring data produced by any type of device to displaying it in control dashboards and implementing an alert system, the challenges faced by operators and maintainers of renewable power plants are numerous.

Qantum, the product, is the essential tool for our users who need to constantly know the operating status of their infrastructure. In an organization with 3 autonomous product teams, I am the Product Manager for one of the 3 squads. We are 6 developers, 2 front-end, 2 back-end, and 2 ops, 1 QA, and 1 Scrum Master. I am responsible for all product phases, from user research to go-to-market, including delivery. My daily routine is structured by the following phases:

- Planning and execution of user research phases on the strategic axes of the company's vision (user interviews, surveys, etc.)

- Definition of objectives and strategy to solve identified problems with the right OKRs to track.

- Building prototypes to validate hypotheses

- Breaking down and prioritizing features for delivery + delivery monitoring

- Monitoring the activation of new features

- Adapting solutions based on user feedback

In addition to the operational part, I actively participate in improving our practices in all areas of product management:

- Improving understanding of our users' behavior through the deployment of Hotjar

- Supporting leadership in implementing practices to generalize discovery

- Gradual paradigm shift from implementing a feature roadmap to a problem roadmap

- Disseminating product culture
