EXCEPTIONAL! He found the solution to my problem when no one else could for 1.5 months! My Google Shopping campaigns were set up by a freelancer and were working quite well. 3 weeks later, all campaigns were shutting down between 9 am and midnight. I contacted this freelancer, who investigated the campaigns but found nothing. He said it must be the account. I contacted Google; they investigated... they found nothing either... And for 1.5 months, the same problem every day, I didn't know what to do... I decided to try creating a project on Malt and invite several SEA experts to see if someone could find the solution. Several asked for my access to look, either they preferred to give up because they couldn't find it, or offered far-fetched solutions. And I found Julien, who started investigating and very quickly told me that if all campaigns were shutting down at the same time, the problem wasn't with Google Ads but rather with Google Merchant Center, and therefore possibly with the feed. He works regularly with Google, but the people there couldn't find anything either. Julien continued to search and told me to contact the support for the module managing my feed... and after 2 exchanges... we found the problem... interference between the update of 2 feeds... Julien looked where others hadn't. Julien didn't want to accept the mission without being sure he could help me and find the solution. Few freelancers have this curiosity, this tenacity, and this professionalism. We wish all our service providers were like him! But they are ultimately so rare...
