Design and development of a transport monitoring application (iOS & Android):
After in-depth analysis of business needs, I proposed, designed, and developed an application to connect to dataloggers (measurement devices) to initiate and monitor artworks.
The application continuously monitors three critical sensors: temperature (thermometer), humidity, and accelerometer (vibrations and shocks). It sends real-time alerts if predefined thresholds are exceeded, ensuring immediate action to protect fragile artworks.
Overall project management: coordination between the application, back-end, and hardware.
Delivery of applications on the App Store and Google Play Store for internal testing and gradual rollout to transport teams.
Contribution to the transport of the Bayeux Tapestry: Real transport tests with sensor installation, followed by analysis and technical development to resolve hardware and software monitoring and alerting issues during transit.
