- Competitor analysis and structuring of the certification offer.
- Governance and Impartiality (Key Point ISO 17065):
- Design of the legal structure to ensure the independence of the CB from the training activity.
- Establishment and facilitation of the Impartiality Committee (member recruitment, impartiality risk analysis).
- Drafting of the certification scheme (evaluation, review, and decision process).
- Definition of competence criteria for evaluators and auditors.
