Development and integration of a software module for calculation, optimization, and simulation, used in the metallurgical field (cold rolling). This module automates and optimizes rolling parameter calculations to improve simulation accuracy and performance in an industrial presetting solution.

• Development of a precise and high-performance calculation module for new cold rolling parameters (Flatness, EdgeDrop, RollKiss…)
• Integration and use of external scientific libraries developed in Fortran
• Design and implementation of optimization and multi-pass recalculation algorithms
• Optimization of calculation performance using the Nelder-Mead mathematical model
• Implementation of calculation constraints and development of an automation module to simulate the industrial and metallurgical environment
• Creation of a data management and analysis module (input/output), including report generation and automatic result verification
• Refactoring and reorganization of code to strengthen the application's architecture, maintainability, and modularity
• Definition of configurable parameters and development of multi-module functionalities within the same application
• Redefinition of the output package architecture
• Development of unit tests, writing validation scenarios, and executing offline tests with real data

• Rewriting new functionalities (initially developed in C++) in C# to integrate them into another graphical application
• Bug fixing

• Server communication module update: Adapt the communication module to support new server protocols and requirements.
• Modification of message analysis functionality: Update the message analysis process to include new formats or improve error detection.
• Modification of the timer module: Optimize the timer module for more precise management of intervals and execution times.
• Development of unit tests: Create unit tests to verify the correct functioning of each code component in isolation.
• Bug fixing: Identify and resolve software errors while testing to prevent regressions.
• Solution deployment: Ensure the deployment of the solution to the production environment with automated and secure management.

• Addition of functionalities to the GUI module: Integrate new functionalities into the human-machine interface to improve user interaction.
• Addition of functionalities to the key generation module: Develop additional functionalities to improve the generation of security or encryption keys.
