About Jawhar

Who am I?I am the creator of the podcast Cœurs Fières and a moderator of journalistic programs. Since 2021, I have been working in the cultural and social sector, where I have acquired through my professional experiences a know-how that I wish to pass on today. My commitment is guided by the desire to contribute to a more just and equitable society, with a focus on understanding others.

Raising awareness about various marginalized identities is part of my core business, both through my personal experience and through the deep conviction that education and transmission are essential levers for societal change. As a professional in diversity and inclusion training, I leverage my expertise as a person concerned by transgender identity, racism, and neurodiversity.

I support institutions, companies, and associations in their awareness and training initiatives on inclusion issues, in order to promote a society where everyone can thrive with respect and dignity. I make it a point of honor to adapt my teaching methods according to the specific needs of each group. Approaches are adjusted to be as close as possible to everyone's expectations and needs.

  • Coeurs Fières
Creator of the Cœurs Fières podcast
    July 2021 - Today (4 years and 11 months)
Cœurs FièrEs is a space that highlights the stories of those whom History has not wished to hear. Cœurs FièrEs was born from the desire to create a space for exchange about our respective existences and the issues we encounter as marginalized individuals and/or at the intersection of multiple forms of domination or discrimination.

It is about giving voice back to our stories, too long silenced. It is a work of present-day archiving, to ensure that our stories do not fade with time, but rather that they are inscribed in the present and that future generations can see themselves in them. Cœurs FièrEs is that. But it is also about talking about our riches, our creations, our initiatives, our pleasures, and our victories. Because there are so many treasures that shine, but that we don't see.

The idea with Cœurs FièrEs is to create a refuge, a resource space for concerned or questioning individuals, so that they can feel they are not alone and that together, we can converge our experiences, all unique but at the same time similar. Always with empowerment and the valorization of our experiences as the guiding principle.

At the same time, because I strongly believe that sharing our knowledge contributes to building a better world. For this, it is essential to share knowledge. Cœurs FièrEs is also a space for awareness-raising for people who have no knowledge of these identities and their systemic issues, by emphasizing making vocabulary accessible. I also invite you to listen to episode 0 bis which is rich in education and learning to provide a foundation on issues of race, gender, and class.

For season 2, you can follow us on YouTube and watch our episodes which will be filmed and subtitled, to make the podcast more accessible.
