I help CXOs to transform their companies. In the current VUCA/BANI world, almost any company needs to transform and adapt. They need to transform their strategy, their culture, their processes, their (digital) tools, their organizational model, their people, the way they do things… Very often, this transformation becomes a real challenge and does not happen. I'm an expert on making transformation happen, and I assist CXOs to make it happen in their companies. They usually know the what, but are struggling with the how. I have a wide experience as CXO/CEO-like roles and have developed deep skills in areas that are critical to achieve that transformation. On the other side, transformation only comes through people. That's the critical success factor in any transformation and what I'm very passionate about. The recent neuroscience findings allow us to understand much better our self, thought, emotions and behaviours and how much they're all connected. The Wick is an Spanish startup accelerator ecosystem born out of La Rioja by Bosonit and the NWorld group. It offers enterpreneurs everything they need to make their idea successful. It also offers corporations an open innovation ecosystem to boost their innovation initiatives. As COO, I'm responsible for the Operations of the ecosystem, which includes both Product Development and Finance. As Head of B2B Corporate Business Unit, I'm responsible for the P&L of the startups under this Business Unit, currently Graphenus (big data distribution, https://thewick.es/project/graffenus/) and BugScout (security, https://thewick.es/project/bugscout/)... and hopefully many more to come! ;)
