Development and publication of corporate websites and online stores for small businesses using IONOS.

I am responsible for analyzing client needs, defining the website structure, and adapting the design, content, and functionalities to the objectives of each business.

I also handle the configuration of domains, web hosting, and corporate email, as well as the publication, updating, and maintenance of the sites.

I maintain direct communication with clients throughout the project, from requirement gathering to final delivery and incident resolution.

Main responsibilities:

• Creation and customization of web pages.

• Responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

• Domain, hosting, and corporate email configuration.

• Creation of online stores and corporate pages.

• Maintenance and improvement of existing sites.

• Customer service and requirements management.

Teaching basic computer skills and digital literacy to seniors, adapting content to each student's level and pace. Training in the use of computers, mobile phones, internet browsing, email, and digital tools. Answering technical questions, preparing simple explanations, and providing individual support to improve participants' digital autonomy.

• Team coordination during events, service organization, and customer service in high-pressure environments.

• Task management, quick issue resolution, and responsibility for service quality.
