Founding of an independent technology consulting firm focused on custom software development, systems architecture, and AI and automation projects. Collaboration with clients to design and implement full-stack web solutions tailored to their business needs, providing comprehensive technical insight from the consulting phase to product delivery.

Development and maintenance of a complex CRM application for e-commerce with Java/Spring on the backend and Angular on the frontend, working with the company's proprietary reactive framework. Management of Db2 and MongoDB databases, messaging with Kafka for high data volume, and integration of chat and WhatsApp via WebSockets. I led the complete migration of the legacy CRM (IBM WebSphere Commerce) to a new platform built from scratch with the same backend stack and React with TypeScript over the company's proprietary frontend framework. Additionally, I developed monitoring dashboards in Grafana with proactive alerts, ensured code quality and interface consistency across all team projects, and collaborated with cross-functional teams, UX designers, and QA in an Agile environment to ensure reliable deliveries.

Started as a sports salesperson, identifying the need to automate employee shifts. Development of a PoC in Python for shift planning, which led to my transfer to the IT department. Implementation of the next version of the scheduling system with Python and Google OR-Tools, improving efficiency and accuracy. Integration of results into the main planning application with Vue. Contribution of innovation and problem-solving, optimizing store operations and employee satisfaction.
