I build digital health products from where almost no one else does: from within the clinic. My job is to tackle the real friction that professionals and patients experience — wasted time, unnecessary steps, things no one bothers to fix — and turn it into tools that are actually adopted.

I help startups and healthcare organizations validate their products against hospital reality: if it fits clinically, if it's well-positioned from a regulatory standpoint (MDR, MDSW/SaMD, ISO 13485), and above all, if the staff will use it or reject it within the first week.

Own Product: I conceived, built, and registered Chiarezza, a solution that translates clinical reports into language the patient understands (medical glossary + audio), and SmartHandover, a solution to improve the hospital handover process and communication between healthcare professionals; both designed with clinical privacy and security from the outset, and intended to add not a second of extra work for healthcare staff. Comfort by design.

Identification of inefficiencies on the ward and development of internal solutions (Intrapreneurship), such as the MVP "Smart Handover" in Python to automate nursing handovers.

EHR Change Management: Leadership in the digital transition of high-complexity units, acting as a liaison between healthcare staff and technology providers.

Development of clinical care functions.

Execution of decentralized clinical operations for the pharmaceutical industry, collaborating entirely in English.

Configuration of remote data capture systems (eSource) ensuring strict adherence to the clinical protocol (ICH GCP).
