My professional career began in the world of IT consulting, where I participated in a wide variety of projects for clients in multiple sectors. From mass consumption to automotive, through public administrations and industrial sectors.

After a few years in the consulting sector, I joined the Privalia project, where I had the good fortune to lead a multidisciplinary team of product managers, user experience designers, data analysts, content editors, and graphic designers, with whom we worked in the field of digital product development. During this period, I learned from some of the best professionals in the digital sector with whom I had the pleasure of collaborating closely.

A year ago, I joined the Yeeply project to collaborate in platform development, with the aim of transforming and automating commercial processes based on Machine Learning and predictive models.

I have extensive experience in the digital sector as a product developer, as well as project management, with a strong customer orientation and always committed to a data-driven approach. Furthermore, I am passionate about agile methodologies.

Closca Design creates innovative, technologically advanced products that allow it to have a positive impact on the planet in its day-to-day life, protecting and respecting the environment. Among its iconic products are the first foldable helmet (Closca Helmet) and a reusable water bottle (Closca Bottle). As part of its contribution to generating a positive impact on the planet, Closca has launched a mobile application (Closca Water App) that allows users to find places to refill their bottles, thus contributing to the reduction of plastic pollution.

I collaborate with Closca in the development and implementation of the mobile application's Roadmap, taking charge of product management and coordinating the UI/UX design and development teams (which we carry out with an external agency). Among the main challenges we face in the project is understanding how to increase the value we provide to our users, for which we work intensively on all "customer research" actions through surveys, user testing, and data analytics.

I collaborated with this fabulous application for a few months on the development of a product audit, including a heuristic analysis, identification of areas for improvement, and development of an initial product Roadmap.
