My name is Javier Eced and I have been a graphic designer for about 13 years, the last 3 of which have been as a UX/UI designer.
About me, I am quite an outgoing, agile person, always eager to learn and share knowledge as much as possible.
I have always been fascinated by the way things are made, how they look and feel to each individual, with the desire to make the world work better. In the end, I think that's what design is all about, seeking strategy and care in it, to improve it.
I always try to go a little further in what I do, as work is not only about performing a task but also about being part of a team capable of overcoming challenges and situations together, getting the most out of each person.
My point of view on service design, which is what I have worked on in these last 3 years, focuses on developing solutions that are not only user-centered but also business-centered. I firmly believe that beyond user-oriented design, the company needs to define its services or products to bridge the gap between its value proposition and the real needs of the user.
And only with a holistic approach can we understand what value should be delivered to have a real impact on user needs.
Otherwise, I am passionate about my work! Especially when it allows me to use my critical point of view and strategic vision to truly understand areas of opportunity, turning them into short-term and long-term strategies that can become deliverable results.
