My name is Javier and I am a facilitator and Scrum Master as well as a multidisciplinary creator. I am passionate about facilitation and team management as well as audiovisual creation and direction. From my more than 15 years of experience in audiovisual direction and production, I have complemented it with the creation and design of streams for organizations.

I am also a scriptwriter for both corporate events, giving them a more enjoyable and accessible touch, and for fiction, with a specialization in comedy, sketches, and monologues.

I am the director of the production company "Free Monsters Films". I have completed a master's degree in Film Direction at the Superior School of Cinema and Audiovisual Arts of Catalonia and I have two master's degrees in Audiovisual Creation and Series Creation from Factoría de Ficción.

Regarding my technological training and experience, I have a degree in Management Technical Computer Engineering from the University of Girona and five years of experience as a senior programmer in companies such as GEMATIC. S.A and T-Systems. I am currently training in Motion Graphics for After Effects. This programming experience has helped me to learn video creation and editing environments more quickly.
