Reporting to plant management and group headquarters. I lead the monthly accounting and financial closing, managing inventories and both monthly and annual budgets. I control the budget and expenses, ensuring financial sustainability. I supervise internal management to optimize operations. Preparation of reports using Cognos, facilitating decision-making. I analyze accounting, production, sales, inventory, consumption, waste, deviations, and potential corrections. Responsible for the Administration and Finance Department, supervising a team of 2 people.

Management of accounting and treasury for group clients, including invoicing. Monthly and annual closings and budgets. Control of collections, ensuring efficient treasury flow management. Reporting to plant management and group headquarters.

Management of accounting for suppliers, transport, and maintenance, as well as payment management to headquarters and stores. Responsible for fixed assets of headquarters and national stores, performing depreciation and deviation analyses.
