Within RATP's maintenance department, I manage the operational logistics flow for accessibility and security equipment on the network. My role involves overseeing the supply of critical parts for escalators and elevators, as well as video surveillance electronic equipment and motion detectors.

Daily, I use Everwin for entry/exit logging, rigorous stock monitoring, and inventory validation. I coordinate the preparation of technical orders for on-site intervention teams, ensuring immediate material availability. My mission requires full traceability and strict adherence to safety procedures specific to the railway environment and transport infrastructure.

Site Management: Overall coordination of logistics for a major project. Decision-maker interface: Direct liaison between subcontractors and field management teams. Access Control: Secure badge management and personnel timekeeping supervision.
