Administration of Windows 10 and 7, installation, troubleshooting, and securing workstations, ensuring a stable and secure IT environment. Active Directory management extends across various Windows servers, including Windows Server 2016, 2008, 2003, and Exchange 2010, maintaining a directory of users and resources. For Microsoft 365, I manage services like Teams and Bookings, enhancing collaboration and planning within the company. I am proficient in configuring virtual machines on VMware vSphere and Hyper-V, optimizing IT resource utilization. Setting up IPsec VPN connections with FortiClient ensures secure remote network access. Managing and monitoring FortiGate firewalls contributes to network security. Creating and deploying Masters with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) standardizes system configurations. For data backup, restoration, and management, I use Veeam Backup & Replication to ensure business continuity.
