About Jasmine

I am a multimedia instructional designer and English trainer.

More importantly, I spend a lot of time in the field, facing very different learners, with different levels, expectations... and realities that are sometimes far from theoretical models.

It is this dual perspective — design + practice — that guides my work today.

Over the years, I've observed one simple thing:
it's not the content that makes a training program high-quality, but the way it is conceived, structured, and experienced by the learners.

You can have excellent materials...
and yet a session that doesn't work.

This is often where I come in.

I support trainers, educators, and organizations in taking a step back from their content, structuring their modules, and making their training programs clearer, more fluid, and more engaging — without necessarily adding new tools.

I draw on my expertise in instructional design, my experience as a trainer, and my background in social anthropology, which allows me to better understand group dynamics and learning behaviors.

Today, I am particularly developing instructional audit formats to help identify what really works... and what can be concretely and realistically improved.
